Our policy in handling your data

GearApp provides users with 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted services that every piece of information transferred to and from your client browser is heavily encrypted. Your data stored in GearApp is safe for our holistic backup plan. We consistently replicate your platform data to our different servers in different sites for sustaining the robustness of your GearApp service. We also do backup for your data daily for 7 days, before archiving to our physical tape backup, kept in locked location by screened staff, for any possible disaster recovery.

Upon agreeing to provide you with GearApp service, we are bound by our Privacy Policy to make sure that your data is stored and treated in strict confidentiality. Every staff of GearApp provider, e-Sense, is legally bound by employment contracts under local law on the code of conduct and not to disclose company and their customers’ information. e-Sense strictly requires their staff to follow the policy of handling customer information, that access of customer information only happens during customers’ requests.
